Leads, manages and assesses phases of the project lifecycle initiatives. Supports and works with Senior Management in executing strategies. Establishes schedule, budget, and coordinates project activities to ensure success of projects from original concept to final implementation. Prepares and monitors budgets and assesses various performance metrics against business or project plans.

Plans, manages and coordinates multiple projects in support of activities to ensure goals and objectives of mid-sized project or multiple phases of large project are accomplished within prescribed time-frame and funding parameters.
Defines and develops business or project plan preparation including schedule, assessment and analysis of financial data pertaining to strategic projects.
Studies business approaches, applies financial models and makes recommendations around such approaches.
Coordinates with shared services to define required roles and tasks for each project phase and to develop and implement growth initiatives, as needed.
Works with colleagues and site-based staff (project team/stakeholders) to define project goals, objectives, target initiatives, timelines and budgets.
Confers with project staff to outline work plan and assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority.
Conducts weekly status meetings with project team to communicate work plan, track actual performance against plans and budget, analyze variances, and identify issues and risks.
Prepares and maintains project plans, based on key stakeholder input as well as ongoing/changing needs.
Evaluates implemented projects on a periodic basis and compares actual performance to pre-established metrics and business plans.
Oversees deliverable creation and quality, including review of other project managers' work.
Prepares and presents project reports for management, customers or others, as requested.

ADA Essential Functions
Bachelor's Degree in Health, Business or Financial Administration or related field, required. Master's Degree, preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years progressively responsible related experience, required.
Strong communication, presentation, relationship building and strategic planning and implementation skills, required.
Strong analytical and organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects, required.
Strong knowledge of research methods, basic statistics and data analysis.
Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications including proficiency with Excel, required.
