The Tapestry Technology Management and Planning organization is looking for a project manager to lead digital initiatives across our three brands. This role will lead projects from initiation to deployment. Some key areas of responsibility include:
Facilitate project kick-off meeting
Partner with business stakeholders and obtain necessary approvals for requirements.
Develop and manage project schedule and budgets.
Manage project tools & repositories (e.g. Confluence, JIRA, Smart sheets, etc.)
Monitor progress against the plans, identify delays or bottlenecks, and make necessary adjustments to keep project on schedule and budget.
Partner with the ecommerce teams to determine level of testing and environments required for the project (e.g. End-to-End, Integration Testing, Load Testing, etc.) facilitate testing efforts when necessary.
Work with IT resources to follow Tapestry change control process and obtain the necessary approvals
Ensure all critical resources are available and escalation steps are documented
Facilitate the cutover and direct participates to execute their respective activities
Facilitate project status meetings and distribute project status reports
