Client Overview: Team: full design/build and they have over ten in-house architects Work-flow: bring projects cradle to grave | architects create plans from an idea | superintendents and project managers give input | plans are finalized and sent out | project is ran to occupancy Culture : collaborative, professional, and service-focused Project Portfolio : bank and credit union | automotive | retail Size: mid-sized contractor Pipeline : Projects signed through 2025 Job Description Manage construction projects Assure all projects are built to drawings and specification Assure all materials orders are executed Maintaining schedule and meet deadlines Work alongside and communicate with sub contractors to move projects forward Maintain and organize field documents (Drawings, specifications, etc.) Participate in company training sessions Assure site superintendents maintain clean and safe sites MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
