  We have an excellent reputation as being a 'great place to work' and this role is open due to internal promotion What you will be doing: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors Provide accurate reporting to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Utilize Bluebeam software to review and manage construction documents Ensure project adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards Responsibilities: 5-10 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry Expertise in Project Planning, Scheduling and Closeout for Commercial Construction Projects Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as: Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management Proficiency in Bluebeam software AutoCAD experience Nice to have: Pre-cast concrete, Tekla, Trimble, Bluebeam Benefits What's in it for you Relocation assistance
