Sr. Project Engineer

Summary As a Senior Project Engineer, you will take on a leadership role in planning, managing, and executing intricate engineering projects within the utilities sector. • Lead the development and implementation of project strategies, plans, and schedules in collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept and design to construction, commissioning, and project closure

• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise, professional development, and fostering a collaborative learning environment

• Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and provide updates to senior management and clients

• Lead and facilitate design reviews, technical discussions, and problem-solving sessions to drive effective decision-making

• Proactively identify potential risks, issues, and obstacles and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success Job Requirements Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or in Civil, Mechanical, or related field); Master's degree is a plus

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) required

• 4 to 9 years of progressively responsible experience in engineering project management within the utilities, infrastructure, or related sectors

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and engineering software/tools

• Effective communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to diverse audiences

• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
