We are looking for a talented SR. Project Coordinator
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Applies developing business process and project management skills within an area of business or technical specialty. Manages small portions of well-defined projects. Provides administrative and logistics support for a project team and project manager.
Serves as a resource on projects and work assignments; employs basic knowledge of effective project management and general business understanding.
Identifies, tracks, and works with others to resolve project issues.
Monitors and communicates project status to project team.
Assists with budget planning and tracking, research, and analytical support; provides input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.
Assists with managing project risk; uses quality tools to identify areas of risk.
Documents and shares team learnings with other teams; draws on other experiences to enhance the success of the project.
Maintains project notes, databases, and other records; monitors measures and communicates with Project Manager on status of specific projects and assignments.
Qualifications
Skills
Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Minimal level of 3-5 years of relevant work experience required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Apps - have a good understanding of basic formulas, formatting, and functionality of Excel, Word, Adobe Pro, Teams, etc.
Knowledge of internal systems such as BMS, BPTS, CPQ, OIP, and Sales Force is a plus.
Detail-orientated
Candidate must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
Must be able to manage multiple databases and reporting mechanisms.
Must be able to work in a team environment with Sales, Production, Senior Project Management & Service teams both within and outside of their account.
Must possess a good base understanding of project financials.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range is $65,600-98,400.00. Pay rate will commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
