Within our global environment, the Sr Program Performance Management (PPM) Specialist provides contract/program cost and/or schedule management and analysis for new and mature programs typically valued up to $10M per year. As an individual contributor taking direction from a manager or team lead, youll develop the program time-phased cost and/or schedule baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team along with analyzing program performance (historical and predictive), monitor the contract/program Estimate at Complete and/or schedule completion date, and make recommendations to program manager and program leads.

What you bring to the table:
A Bachelors degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years relevant experience; or a Master's degree
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Earned Value Management or scheduling tool knowledge is required (MS Project is ideal); solid knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and PPM principles are desired
Cost (EV) reporting and schedule IMS (Integrated Master Schedule) management experience with resource loading.
