DESCRIPTION

Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is a paid account management program supporting Amazon's largest and most strategic brands. Our teams work directly with vendors to maximize success on Amazon by enabling buyable selection for customers, reducing defects, lowering costs, and accelerating growth. We are constantly inventing new ways to deliver value to enrolled brands - partnering across global business, technology, and operations teams to build scalable solutions, increase efficiency, and improve satisfaction working with Amazon.

AVS Central is a Product and Program team responsible for improving the value of the AVS offering. We work backwards from Amazon's vendors, using robust mechanisms to collect vendor feedback and find ways to improve the AVS value proposition.

We innovate on behalf of vendors by piloting and launching new service tiers, offering better data and insights, increasing speed-of-support, and partnering across teams to build new unique-to-AVS programs. AVS Central also builds and manages best practices for our AVS Customer Success (CSM) teams, ensuring each vendor is receiving consistent, industry leading service. In addition to innovating on behalf of enrolled vendors, AVS Central works to improve program efficiency - partnering across teams to streamline processes and deliver automation, allowing us to provide a higher level of service with less manual effort.

This Sr. Program Manager role will develop, standardize, and automate processes to drive efficiency and scalability for the AVS Program.

They will own core program mechanisms to collect and analyze vendor feedback. They will work closely with engineering, product management, operations, marketing, and Retail teams across regions to improve the vendor experience and drive business results through continuous improvement.
