Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending.
Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise.
May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

To help us scale, innovate, and execute we are seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Cloud Infrastructure Capacity Planning to work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders to design, develop and manage operational planning systems and identify and resolve dependencies to allow scale of operations. You will help ensure operational success of Oracle's cloud expansion strategy.

The Business Operations Group works across Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, Finance and Executive organizations to drive Cloud Infrastructure planning, strategy and execution.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities include:
Driving the hardware capacity plan for emerging and highly dynamic technologies
Building frameworks for advanced data analytics, including inferential statistical models to influence supply decisions
Developing hardware inventory and deployment strategies with Supply Chain and Engineering leadership
Managing cross-org coordination and establishing accountabilities for hardware delivery
Provide data driven insights and recommendations to Engineering and Supply Chain to manage investments, liabilities and cost efficiencies
Experience to succeed:
5 years of operational experience potentially including: business planning, hardware development, cloud infrastructure capacity management, supply chain management, manufacturing
2 years managing and delivering data driven planning models. Preferred experience with statistical modeling (regression analysis) and trend models (e.g. ARIMA, Holt-Winters)
Ability to succeed through collaboration and working through internal and external organizations spanning technical engineering and business subject matter.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Mathematics, Business Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience preferred.
