Qualifications

  • You have a deep understanding of what it takes to ship software iteratively in production in collaboration with large engineering and design teams

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance or a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • You are experienced in guiding scrum and/or kanban teams through estimating, grooming, retrospectives, user story writing, release planning and other ceremonies

  • You are someone that others enjoy working with due to your positive attitude and ability to partner, lead and influence across multiple teams and capabilities

  • You can jump into situations with few guardrails and make things better

  • You can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics and then execute those plans

  • You have excellent communications skills including, presenting, editing, and writing as well as accuracy and attention to detail

  • You are able to coach and lead across multi-functional teams

  • You possess a growth mindset

Description We are seeking a Retail Global Compensation Program Manager to join the Nike Total Rewards team based in Beaverton, Oregon. This position reports to the Director, Compensation and Market Insights and will be responsible for the development and success of global store-level compensation programs. RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure the success of our Total Rewards programs through analysis and insights of our global retail store population and programs. * Develop and align a uniquely Nike global retail store compensation philosophy, strategy, and market assessment. * Monitor and report on market data and regulatory changes to allow for rapid response to changing market conditions. * Provide project management and cost impact assessment for potential program changes, building flexible models and user-friendly documentation and tools to aid in decision making. * Partner with a diverse group of global stakeholders to assess needs and build capability in managing global store level compensation activities. * Support the Total Rewards change agenda through the development of actionable insights, recommendations, and innovations. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * 5-8 years of increasing responsibility and experience in global compensation * Goal-oriented with ability to prioritize on a consistent basis in an evolving work environment * Very strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial modeling * International compensation experience with an understanding of geographic nuance in market data and philosophical differences * Solid understanding of the regulatory environment for retail pay globally * Project management * Story-telling, influence, and advocacy - exceptional verbal and written presentation skills, including ability to prepare materials for audiences at all levels of the organization * Growth Mindset * Highly adaptable to change NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
