You will be part of a team of Subject Matter Experts in Last Mile operations within Amazon. The team will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to define product strategy in the Last Mile operations across multiple geographies like NA, EU, JP, IN and CN as well as across different new Businesses like Prime NOW. The successful candidate will thrive in a constantly evolving business environment and work well with cross functional teams to help deliver a world class delivery capability. This role offers an opportunity to make business-critical decisions that will minimize network costs while continuing to increase the speed at which we deliver our customers' orders. This person will work with teams across Finance, Retail, Technology, and Field Operators worldwide to help deliver key strategic initiatives.
You will be responsible for:
Partnering with key stakeholders to define product strategy
Promoting data-driving decision making throughout the team
Addressing barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders
Partnering with other service leaders across Amazon to identify and influence development of new products and services
Directly influence the definition and management of the strategic roadmaps for the network
Evangelizing and gaining buy-in for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership
Creating program goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives
Developing user experience goals, stories and requirements that can be used to develop new products and services as well as improve existing processes
Sharing best practices with other Amazon teams
