Job title: Sr. Program Manager
The Sr Program Manager
In this role you will:
Lead program development, program efficiencies, and overall programmatic quality.
Focus on programmatic development including relationship building, fundraising, grant writing, marketing.
Builds and maintains linkages to appropriate community resources.
Interfaces with program consultants, agency colleagues and community partners.
Utilize programmatic data analysis and evaluation to build on program strengths and identify opportunities for programmatic development.
Provides overall management and implementation of budgets and fiscal responsibilities.
Participates in ongoing leadership development opportunities including agency workgroups and committees.
What it takes:
Bachelor's degree in early childhood education (ECE), child development, or a closely related field required. Master's degree in early childhood education, child development or related field preferred.
Effective time management and organizational skills
At least five years of supervisory/program management experience
Additional experience in and/or knowledge of:
Training, coaching, or mentoring of adults
Adult learning theory and practices
Child development/early care and education
ADHS/ADES child care regulations
Indicators of quality in early care and education setting
Curriculum and assessment in early childhood settings
Community resources
Previous experience in collecting and analyzing data.
Previous experience in program design and development.
Current CPR/First Aid certification
Possess an insured & reliable vehicle and a valid AZ driver's license.
Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
