In this role, you'll set organization-wide strategic direction, envision, create and run programs that accelerate hiring from several critical channels. To begin, the Accelerator Team will focus on the Employee Referral channel, our strongest source of hire. The Accelerator Team will re-invent how we tap Amazonian networks to generate employee referrals with the PM driving the vision! In this role, the PM will completely re-design the way Specialty Recruiting seeks referrals, building a mechanism to proactively surface referrals for top job searches.

The role requires a brave willingness to experiment with new ideas and recruiting methods, the ability to earn the trust of Recruiters and Amazonians, strong analytical skills and a high standard of operational excellence.
The ideal candidate operates effectively in an ambiguous environment and has a demonstrated track record of managing multiple projects and driving them to completion. This person should be flexible in approach and willing to think creatively about experimenting with new channels.
