You'll use your understanding of cloud-based databases to write high-impact content. You'll also leverage the AWS author community made up of AWS solution architects, Professional Services consultants, product teams, and partners who are eager to help our customers understand how to use AWS services to do things they never thought possible. You'll use your judgment, expertise, wit, and understanding of database technology to shape and improve blog posts submitted by this community and keep the blog's publication schedule on track.
Surrounded by a talented, dedicated team of database technologists and evangelists, you will invent and drive new initiatives around the Database Blog that help AWS excite and empower anyone working with databases in the AWS Cloud.
Curate the blog by selecting submissions that meet the blog's high technical bar and are relevant, engaging, and accurate.
Write blog posts that help readers learn how to use AWS solutions to migrate and manage their databases on AWS.
Work closely with authors such as customers, partners, and field and engineering teams to improve their submissions to better support AWS strategy and meet customers' needs.
Manage the blog's dynamic publication schedule and participate in the blog post editing and review process.
Partner with engineering teams to continually improve content, reach, and reader experience.
Work with customers to find out how the blog can help them discover new solutions.
Grow new internal and external content pipelines.
Gather, analyze, and take action on data that helps measure and improve the blog's effectiveness.
