Raytheon's Intelligence, Information, and Services Business is seeking a Finance Program Control Analyst for the Mission Management and Command and Control (M2C2) program in Aurora, Colorado. The M2C2 program provides automated constellation management and consolidation of legacy ground systems.
As a Program Control Analyst you will be part of a Finance team that is responsible for maintaining total project cost excellence in areas of Earned Value, revenue forecasting, and corporate reporting.
Responsibilities may include the following assignments:
Accounting data extraction and reconciliation
Labor and cost transfer submittals
Preparation of Work Authorization Documents
Development of time-phased, integrated budgets and schedules
Monitor costs and manpower ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective
Measure performance (earned value) on a monthly basis and generate EV reports, graphs, and perform analysis
Provide internal reports on cost and schedule performance to Program Leadership and CAMs
Prepare internal program review presentations for Raytheon management
Develop financial Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for submittal to customers (incl. CFSR and CPR)
Provide funding forecast to internal/external customers
Monitor billing status, unbilled issues, and cash collections
Support audits of financial information by internal auditors, external auditors, DCAA and other agencies
Requires a related university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience.
Strong background in project controls/program controls/business management including proficiency with EVMS, cost analysis, and forecasting.
Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and reconciliations required.
Complete understanding of concepts and techniques related to program controls. Concepts include but are not limited to earned value management, forecasting, strategic planning, variance analysis, etc.
Good mathematical and analytical skills.
Strong Excel skills required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to interact with various functional organizations.
Must be capable of multi-tasking while keeping attention to details.
US Citizenship with current/active SSBI clearance.
Experience with program controls and/or corporate finance with a classified customer.
Experience with Microframe Program Manager (MPM) and be knowledgeable in working with SAP reporting and APEX Earned Value.
Candidates with the appropriate experience, but without a current SSBI clearance may be considered, but preference will be given to those candidates that have an active clearance.
A related university degree a minimum and 4 years of relevant experience or 12 years relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
