As a Sr. Professional Recruiter, your role entails advising internal stakeholders on current and future talent needs in alignment with business strategies for our client, Intuit. Intuit is a global technology platform that helps their customers and communities overcome their most important financial challenges. They help give over 50 million consumer, small business and self-employed customers around the world the opportunity to prosper.
This is a 6-month W2 contract position that will work in a hybrid setting either in our Mountain View/Bay Area or San Diego, CA location. This position requires the employee to be onsite twice a week at one of the above locations.

Leverage knowledge of role design and the required competencies, skills and knowledge required for success to more effectively market, screen and present candidates to opportunities.
Improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and build a growing and diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns.
Exceed client expectations and expand sphere of influence within client portfolio to build loyalty and expand opportunities.
People Leadership
Client & Candidate
Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates in order to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities. Remove barriers and ensure candidates are equipped with the information and tools to prepare them for successful employment.
Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience.
Thought Leadership
Required
5 years demonstrating success in full-cycle recruitment (specifically in the Marketing, HR and Finance fields
Comfort and proficiency in partnering and consulting with leaders at all levels are essential, as is the desire and ability to collaborate with other Talent Partners to address diverse recruitment needs
Flexibility, the aptitude to provide timely solutions, and a proven ability to develop inclusive talent pipelines are crucial
Candidates should exhibit a growth mindset, readily adapting to evolving dynamics, and have a history of guiding, consulting, and educating hiring managers on best practices.

Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree
Management: Experience or exposure to people or project management
