Supports the manufacturing of skin, medical, and private label sub-assemblies and finished goods through the translation of forecasts and planned orders into a Master Production Schedule to meet customer demand and delivery goals.
Coordinates with the corporate planning team and other Integra manufacturing plants to define demand plans and create supply plans.
Tracks the status of work in progress, reschedules and/or interfaces with corporate planning, manufacturing and procurement to align on weekly/monthly schedule.
Foresees and escalates potential scheduling interruptions or constraints (i.e. resources, capacity, demand surges, component shortages, emergency maintenance, etc.) and works closely with the manufacturing team to minimize impact to the production schedule.
Maintain MRP operating data.
Proactively communicate on product availability to minimize any potential backorders.
Expedite production orders that are needed in less than the normal lead time to improve the shortfall between the current plan and the requirements to meet or exceed the customer expectations.
Acts on order release actions and exception messages from Oracle R12. Reschedules work in the case of capacity/supply constraints, material/labor shortages, backlogs or scheduled interruptions.
Acts on termination or cancellation requests from demand planning, sales, or customer service.
Receives and reviews sales orders against current requirements and work in progress using the material requirement planning report.
Utilize statistical methods, such as re-order points, and best practices for inventory planning.
Provides input and recommendations on improving supply chain strategies, policies and practices to achieve Best-in-Class Supply Chain Management.
Track Non-Conformances, monitor impact on product availability and work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) to prioritize NCs.
Track and consolidate key metrics, identify trends and propose corrective actions to protect the production plan.
Develop, implement and support planning improvements to achieve cost reductions, quality improvement, productivity increases and inventory integrity.
Be a subject matter expert of the production/material process flow and be a partner to the manufacturing team.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers to ensure that requirement to support the manufacturing operations are met.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration - Advanced degree a plus
APICS certification a plus
5+ years Supply Chain planning and/or inventory, operations planning experience when accompanied by a Bachelor's degree OR 3+ years of experience with a Master's degree.
Strong computer skills, including experience with ERP systems and planning software (Oracle is a plus) and Microsoft Office experience required.
Strong understanding of MRP and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards related to End to End Supply Chain concepts.
Experience in scheduling manufacturing and production control techniques desired.
Experience working in medical device industry or a highly regulated environment.
