This position is responsible for SAP & ignition transactions for the Belts division. Provides Excel data and analysis to all stakeholders. Additionally, is responsible for inputting and maintaining payroll records, production tracking and correspondence for all divisions.
Essential Responsibilities:
Process SAP and ignition transactions and provide reporting to various stakeholders
Enter scrap for all departments, PT, RE & WM: SAP/Ignition
Order office supplies and production supplies for plant
Process doctor notes, call in logs and daily labor & timesheets
Maintain employee attendance in the 403 system - confirm matching with Kronos
Manning charts
Status Change Notices
Maintain files of production/scrap documentation: SAP/Excel
Maintain employee phone list
Maintain employee training database
Maintain employee discipline for attendance documentation
Create vacation calendars
Update FMLA information on daily time records and manning charts
Run vacation/holiday report
Technical/Functional Skills:
Ten Key skills-Advanced
Microsoft Excel-Advanced
Microsoft Word-Intermediate
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equiv.
Associate degree preferred
SAP/ERP Systems minimum 2 years of experience- 5 years preferred
Manufacturing experience of 5 years minimum; 7 years preferred
