Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, the Sr. Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for product positioning, channel and partner engagement, product releases, and Go-to market strategies. This role demands an exceptionally talented, exuberant hands-on person.
We seek a self-directed, passionate self-motivated professional with background in hardware or software marketing with SaaS domain expertise, who enjoys the challenges of working in a fast, dynamic and collaborative environment
Essential position responsibilities:
Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy and plan for View's products, including product launches follow the classic NPI process
Develop clear and concise product positioning and messaging for View's products
Enable the sales organization to effectively understand and sell View's offerings
Be a Subject Mater Expert (SME) on the product- interact with channel partners connected with View's product talking about optimized electrochromic solutions and position the product and View's advantages.
Create modern, unique, and differentiated messaging for partners and eco-system
Create reference and incentive programs for channel partners
Work with product management to establish product configuration, internal and external marketing/sales collateral and sales enablement documentation focused on partners.
Own and enhance product specification and evangelize product specs with partners
Write technical white papers, presentation and present them at industry conferences and symposiums
Desired skills and experience
Education: Engineering and MBA from a reputed school.
Experience: Previous product management experience is a plus
Powerful Writing: As a team member, you will be asked to create select, high-impact communications and collateral for sustainability initiatives. Strong writing skills, and storytelling are a must. You'll need to be experienced and gifted in succinctly describing the business value of products and solutions.
In this role, you will present in front of both large and small groups. You should be accomplished and comfortable as a speaker
Willing to travel ~20-30%
