As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Business you will team with our product and sales leaders to bring a new industry disrupting product to market. By deeply understanding our business goals, market position, and offerings, you will define and deliver product positioning, messaging, and content to engage our customers and empower our sales channels.

To be successful in this role, you will have a growth mindset with a desire to build from scratch. You wont settle until we have crisp content and educational tools that clearly demonstrates value to our customers.

You will have the knack for partnering with cross-functional teams, be technically-oriented, and have strong writing and presentation skills. The customers voice is your north star. You will craft messages and tools from customer insights and help our channels understand the competitive landscape. Your experience working in the SaaS space will help us accelerate even faster, and your tenacious approach to taking smart risks, trying new things, and iterating will help us deliver on our goals with start-up speed.


Increase the sales pipeline and prospects by developing product positioning, value propositions and messaging that resonate with the buying audience and produce the source messaging blueprint
Create product collateral such as data sheets, technical briefs, and customer-facing presentations that informs and wins audiences to deliver meaningful revenue
Enable sales, sales engineers, partners to sell by building effective sales tools and training materials, such as slide decks, competitive positioning, FAQs
Deliver webinars and training sessions to technical and non-technical audiences
Author original product content that will be used by the marketing team to create external facing material such as whitepapers, videos, blog posts
Develop the competitive comparison guide for use in positioning against similar offerings from other organizations
Foster analyst relationships to ensure broad and positive coverage of the business
Assist in product naming by providing market, competitive and customer context
Support launch planning and orchestrate execution of the commercial release of a product
Provide market and buyer insights to drive the development of campaign strategies including demand creation and reputation building
Serve as market-facing SME/thought leader for the product and interface with industry analysts as company representative
Develop customer references, testimonials and case studies for external and internal use,
Drive product retention and upsell/cross-sell strategies
Monitor and report on the performance of products in the market and communicate the results of related sales and marketing efforts
Conduct win/loss interviews and perform ongoing analysis to determine the level of customer product adoption and provide feedback to the product team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Submission Summary)
1.10+ years experience delivering successful, holistic product marketing content and collateral that can be tied to increased business revenue

2.Experience developing go-to-market strategies, messaging and related tactics in close cooperation with Product Management and Sales

3.A strong technical foundation, including experience working with Unified Communications products

4.Extensive customer interaction experience and customer success storytelling

5.Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and strong content development skills (crisp messaging and compelling presentation of content) as well as excellent presentation, writing and editing skills

6.Proven interaction, interface and project management with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing programs/campaigns, demand generation, field marketing and sales

7.Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study such as computer science

8.Experience working with B2B, BUSINESS clients required.

He/she will play an integral part in building our marketing operations team, ensuring our marketing campaigns and processes run efficiently and effectively, developing strong and agile project management practices that enable us to move quickly and scale. Working closely with go-to-market teams, the Senior Marketing Operations Manager will implement compelling campaigns, enable performance tracking, automate lead development and develop, report on, and optimize results through analysis and ongoing testing. Responsibilities Responsibilities include * Establish standard marketing reports for campaigns * Create benchmarks for programs and marketing assets in order to make recommendations for refinements and optimization * Develop and implement a framework to A/B test pieces of the customer journey including the website, omni-channel campaigns, nurture flows, etc. * Own all weekly/monthly reporting and dashboard management to show progress against marketing KPIs and business goals * Provide comprehensive analysis, insights, and recommendations on demand gen and performance marketing programs, including engagement, pipeline contribution, program ROI, customer acquisition/penetration and activity. * Work to streamline the hand-off between Marketing and Sales – regularly evaluating MQL performance and optimizing scoring to increase lead quality * Collaborate with Marketing and Sales, analyze data and identify possible process improvements and system enhancements for improvements to automated marketing programs that maximize efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness. * Assist with scoping projects and setting process, teams, and timelines * Monitor and control project performance, ensuring projects remain on-time, on-scope, and on-budget * Provide weekly report-outs of key performance indicators, including executive project dashboards * Partner closely with marketing and management teams to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns * Manage relationships with key Marketing technology vendors, including periodic reviews * Manage the Marketing team's budget, ensure spend is on-track, and provide periodic reporting T-Mobile Bellevue WA
