Resideo is currently seeking a Product Manager to drive and manage our Software Product offering for OEM & Partner Solutions customer base (O&PS). This candidate will work with a cross functional team that specifies and develops an end-to-end offering for large OEM security dealers.
The Product Manager will provide input in all aspects of software product lifecycle management for the business, while being mindful of how the software and hardware complement each other. This includes the following: develop, manage, and implement software/product/customer and marketing strategies and programs, new software development and introduction (NPI), value propositions, pricing, standard work, commercial launches, etc. Key performance metrics of the Product Manager role include (but not limited to) revenue growth, standard gross margin and operating income.
Develop software marketing requirements (MRD) coupled with hardware per O&PS customer needs.
PRD review with engineering.
NPI process compliance.
Work with NPI development teams.
Launch with Channel/Marcom teams.
Meet financial say/do goals (first 6-12 months).
Software Portfolio Management
Drive new features and improvements as they relate to software and hardware.
Manage regular software releases (ongoing/as needed).
Manage software defect priority and resolution.
AOP planning (annual).
Gain knowledge and understanding of hardware portfolio.
Drive to meet AOP revenue goals- Identify gaps (ongoing).
Drive attach rates for subscription offerings (as needed).
Identify new RMR opportunities.
Channel Marketing & Sales Support
Educate Channel Marketing team on NPI value propositions.
Support the Marcomm team in the creation of product support materials and promotions.
Respond to field/customer concerns.
Maintain product and technology roadmaps.
Identify value-added solutions.
Maximize opportunities\Strategic planning.
Voice of Customer / Voice of Sales.
YOU MUST HAVE:
Min 10 years of experience of managing end to end solutions, preferably in a technology field.
BS in a relevant field.
A good balance of quantitative and qualitative skills and a track record of working with rapid, iterative "customer-led" design and development processes.

Past experience from a consumer-focused tech business.
Past experience with SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Subscription Billing, SAP Entitlement Management & Digital River Global Commerce a plus.

Salary Range: The expected salary range for this role is $129,314 - $215,525. The salary range for this same position may be lower or higher in markets outside of Colorado.
Incentive Eligibility: This position is eligible for a 15% Resideo Bonus Plan (RBP).
