We are looking to hire a San Fransico Bay Area based experienced and innovative Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Corporate Marketing team. Our team works closely with Product teams, Sales, regional teams, Support, and other marketing functions to drive revenue across all customer acquisition, experience, engagement, and retention touchpoints. As a key member of the marketing team, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will closely collaborate with the Product team to determine the strategic direction and positioning of our Connect Home Products and drive GTM strategies for new product introductions such as mesh systems, routers, hotspots and value-added services. This role requires a strong blend of product knowledge, marketing expertise, and leadership skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to the target audience.

About the role:

  • Develop compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers for new products and services supporting the overall product narrative and direction.

  • Translate technical features into clear and impactful benefits for customers.

  • Conduct qualitative, quantitative and competitive research and leverage the analysis to inform product messaging, positioning to drive growth, sharing insights and next steps with leadership.

  • Create buyer personas to ensure every business, design, and marketing decision resonates with target consumers.

  • Lead product launches from planning through execution, ensuring successful product releases and driving measurable results.

  • Create GTM launch plans and training/presentations to regional sales/marketing and PR as needed.

  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all marketing channels and materials.

  • Oversee the successful execution of packaging design projects, from concept development through to final production.

  • Work closely with our cross functional teams, external design agencies, and production partners to ensure that each packaging project is delivered on time, on brief, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Understand the packaging production process and how to establish print requirements.

  • Analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and management for three members of the team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving product growth and revenue.

  • Deep understanding of B2C marketing, with experience in technology.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and compelling messaging.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence without authority.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.  Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.  The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, professional background, business need and market demand.  Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range.
