The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving product marketing strategy for international payments and the Intuit embedded product, two of the fastest growing lines of businesses at You will play a major role in shaping the voice of the product and drive critical business decisions for the businesses. A critical aspect of the role is to gain a deep, thorough understanding of the customer journeys for both businesses while conducting analysis on the competitive landscape. Based on the findings, you will also lead, develop, and execute the overall go-to-market strategy, product and initiative messaging and positioning, sales enablement, pricing decisions, and provide thought leadership for the two very distinct channels. The role will require close partnership with the product, sales, and the rest of the marketing team to help turn ideas into action.

The main outcome of this role is to drive massive adoption of the embedded product in the 4 million Intuit user base, and maximize the adoption the international payments offering across the broader market. Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Product Marketing.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

  • Experience building GTM plans and strategies, launching products and leading cross-functional teams

Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Experience creating marketing and sales enablement assets.

  • MBA or Master's preferred, but not required.

  • Fintech domain knowledge industry experience, a plus.

Product Marketing plays a critical role in successfully driving products into the marketplace by understanding the current market environment and developing a strategy to drive customer awareness of the benefits of adopting VMware products and solutions. Our team is looking for an experienced PMM to focus on our core product, vSphere. VMware product marketing managers in the CPBU lead cross-functional teams, setting the overall vision for product go-to-market strategy, monitoring key performance indicators, understanding the dynamics of both direct and channel sales, and influencing many teams towards common goals. They are also responsible for driving the marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, packaging, field enablement and evangelism for their solutions. As a product marketing manager you will also work closely with the core product marketing, technical marketing, and product management teams to also understand the optimal methods and tactics to educate the field. Responsibilities: * Develop and execute plans to scale go-to-market and sales enablement programs
 * Develop positioning and messaging that resonates with customers, communicating product features/capabilities in terms and categories that customers understand, care about and are willing to pay for
 * Delivery key storylines to both the field (as part of enablement) and customers
 * Analyze the sales cycle and channel mix for specific products and solutions, and formulate ideas and approaches to optimize the selling process
 * Create and drive innovative initiatives to drive the fast proliferation of VMware products and solutions with the field
 * Help define the overall marketing strategy for all products in the CPBU
 * Work with a cross-functional team (e.g. business development, alliances, product management, sales, channel partners, and engineering) to drive successful product releases
 * Create sales tools and collateral (PowerPoint presentations, datasheets, white papers, customer case studies, demos, and training materials) as required by the field * Create and drive innovative initiatives to drive the fast proliferation of VMware products and solutions with the field Qualifications: * BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent, MBA preferred * Approx. 5+ years of work experience in product management, product marketing, or equivalent experience in the enterprise software technology industry * Background and familiarity in delivering enterprise software, including software as a service (SaaS) * Experience enabling or engaging with enterprise-class sales teams and channels * Proven analytical skills and strategic thinking.
