Ring is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Sr. Product Manager - Technical possessing a balance of Security and Technical Product Management skills to join our Security Product Team. In this Senior role with a wide scope, you will work with cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical key stakeholders to advance strategy, create new features, develop requirements, plan for dependencies, and interpret, communicate, and drive full lifecycle product development. You will partner with Technical Program Management teams and Engineering teams to implement, maintain and execute security and privacy features and services. If you enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment, this position will provide you with a challenging opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Develop Product Requirements for security and privacy features, including user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria and metrics
Conduct analysis to determine the competitive landscape for security features
Work with Design, Legal and relevant business owners to refine and align the key stakeholders around features
Work with Technical Program Managers, Engineering and QA teams to ensure delivery and execution of features
Work with Marketing, PR, Legal, Customer Support, Operations, Community, and other stakeholders to communicate features and participate in go-to-market planning and execution
Conduct security and privacy reviews of product features
Work with the security and privacy teams to implement new security and privacy processes, programs and features
Write documents to communicate the strategy to senior leadership and other stakeholders Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
5+ years of Information Security and/or Privacy experience
Senior-level written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units
Excellent leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills
Experience in generating automated metrics to measure IT security effectiveness and consistency
Experience with service-oriented architectures and web services security
Experience in analyzing large data sets
Experience driving large scale enterprise projects as a Technical Program Manager
Experience working in industry standards groups, influencing external technology & business leaders
Experience with cloud technologies
Technical knowledge in multiple security domain areas such as authentication and authorization, security protocols, applications, system and network security
Knowledge of privacy frameworks and compliance requirements
Skilled in risk management, business risk analysis and making complex business/risk trade-off recommendations and decisions
Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions
Solid foundation in software design and engineering principles
High sense of ownership, urgency and drive
