You will work with internal and external customers to drive the roadmap and prioritization of requirements. You'll work in close collaboration with product, engineering and UX design partners, as well as other teams within the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Know your customer needs and defend your position on customers' needs

  • Define the roadmap for your area

  • Write clear requirements for features

  • Focus on product metrics; double-down on what is working and stop what isn't

  • Know the numbers for your product and market trends

  • Lead a cross-functional team including designers, writers, user researchers and developers to develop innovative and engaging products

  • Drive continual product improvements and inform the product roadmap with new ideas based on ongoing customer research, market/competitive analysis, and product performance

  • Author product stories and tasks

  • Define success metrics and reporting needs

  • Develop features across multiple platforms

  • Develop the vision for your product, short-term and long-term

  • Understand constraints, and solutions to complex problems

REQUIREMENTS

  • Incredibly smart, creative, driven, and experienced navigating a complex organization to deliver amazing products quickly

  • Self-starter and able to work well with individuals at all levels and across functions

  • Execution oriented and highly organized

  • Masterful communicator and able to lead through influence

  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, you use facts to make decisions

  • Proven ability to make things happen; you're smart and work hard

  • You have previously launched features that had a business impact

  • Willingness to get your hands dirty

  • Proven example of a test and measure approach to iterating on product improvements

  • Experience working on web products, enterprise or consumer

  • BS degree in a technology-related field

  • 2+ years of experience in product management or similar role

VIEW JOBS 12/6/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-06T00:00 The Challenge Adobe is seeking a technical Program Manager to partner with the Digital Experience organization to drive key initiatives and execute against strategic and operational objectives. We are looking for someone with passion, energy, and drive that can bring creative ideas, strategic thinking, and a strong appetite for execution. The role requires an individual who is well versed in delivering high quality SaaS solutions. The candidate must have exemplary communication skills and possess a strong ability to influence. The candidate will work closely with product teams to make use of predictive analytics to identify risks and guide execution through various stages of the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be able to coach teams as well as drive key operational processes in a fast-paced agile environment. This includes having a strong ability to collaborate across all functions of the company and communicate with peers, outside teams and executive staff. What you'll do: * Design and refine a set of standardized and repeatable processes to tackle complex and cross- company initiatives and drive execution. * Utilize Jira and Jira Portfolio to meet the different demands from the various organizations to improve productivity. * Design and build dashboards to enable stakeholders to find the insights that they need and to detect early warning signals. * Identify gaps and bottlenecks in the product development pipeline by participating in project milestone reviews and provide solutions to improve the organization's effectiveness. * Provide project updates to the office of the CEO and CTO on a regular basis * Play the role of an advisor to the community of program managers in the company and advise them on new and existing process and work together to advocate best practices What you need to succeed: * Minimum of 10 years' experience in software, SaaS and/or related industry. Must have gone through a complete life cycle on a product team. Some combined history of product management, development, program management, and/or customer support experience is ideal * Experience with Jira and Jira portfolio * Experience with Agile development methodologies: Scrum and/or other iterative development methodologies * Experience with Power BI or equivalent is highly desirable * Experience with scripting languages is highly desirable * Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others * Ability to align efforts of disparate groups to achieve a common goal. * Self-motivated and not afraid to tackle unknowns, demonstrate a strong bias to action * Proven ability to deliver on time consistently At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists.
