JOB DUTIES: Build and maintain the product roadmap, ROI, feature/function definition, experience design, and KPI's for assigned area of responsibility. Define business benefits feature sets, as well as conduct product research to develop product strategy. Deliver the product roadmap within time, budget, and quality requirements, and continuously drive towards minimal viable product roll-out. Lead product optimization post-launch, incorporating analytics, customer feedback, and market opportunities for ongoing prioritization of the roadmap. Prioritize portfolio investment to maximize benefit/return to customers/company based on NMG strategy. Manage vendor partners to solve customer and business problems and drive for new innovations in products and services that best meet business needs and strategy. This position is open to telecommuting from approved locations in the United States.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other closely related field or foreign equivalent.
Experience must include five (5) years post bachelors progressive experience in all of the following:
1.Writing business requirements and detailing user stories and defining technical specifications
2.Completing opportunity assessments and vendor reviews and technical evaluations and writing business cases
3.Agile Frameworks and Deployment methodologies in a customer-facing production environment
4.Web analytics tools Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metrics and experience using data to make decisions
6.Atlassian suite of tools (Jira and Confluence and Structure)
