This position is based in our Irvine, California Corporate Headquarters with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager with strong experience with digital payments to spearhead our global payments strategy that will revolutionize payments in the distribution industry. The ideal candidate will be able to tie their experience of digital payments, including knowledge of alternative payment methods, the digital payments industry, to solve large scale business problems. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong knowledge of the digital payments industry, alternative payment methods, and have a global mindset-using data to solve large scale business problems. In addition to payment and FinTech domain knowledge, this position will require strong product management skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the global adoption and roadmap development for our Unified Support platform. This platform will revolutionize the way we support Sales, Cloud, Technology solutions, and professional services by offering a seamless omnichannel experience.

Your role:

  • Play a critical role in driving the global strategy for payment processing in the organization's digital platform.

  • Own key user journeys, from integration to core business operation.

  • Continually monitor the market landscape to provide thought-leadership and market insights for the direction of how the product supports the needs of the stakeholders.

  • Translate product vision and strategy into a roadmap containing well-defined and prioritized user stories, and features and enablers that will realize the product vision to assist the client in achieving a long-term competitive advantage.

  • Engage in idea generation, concept validation, business case development, and financial modeling and planning.

  • Own core APIs embedded and hosted experiences, and partner integrations.

  • Leverage data, analytics and market insights to come up with recommendations that will drive and streamline performance.

  • Develop regional go-to-market strategies and lead execution to ensure maximum adoption of product and value delivered to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate conversational AI into the platform, enhancing self-service capabilities for both vendors and customers.

  • Analyze customer issue data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and prioritize new feature development.

  • Partner with customers, support teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs.

  • Prioritize features based on a careful consideration of customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.

  • Foster close collaboration between engineering, design, and other teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.

What you bring to the role:

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience working in the banking, digital payment, or FinTech industry.

  • Bachelor's degree (master's desirable) in computer science, engineering, or related discipline.

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including experience in building payment platforms and/or API products.

  • Has domain knowledge in financial products, particularly card issuing, funds storage, or remittance.

  • Experience identifying and conforming to global payment standards.

  • Experience crafting platform and API based solutions built for global integration and consumption.

  • Experience streamlining complex processes.

  • Understanding of how to measure success for a product.

  • Successfully empathize with users from different regions to be a steward of crafting great experiences.

  • Able to work as a generalist as needed, with ability to problem-solve and delight users.

  • Strong focus on user-experiences, from front-end UI through developer docs and technical integrations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.

  • Direct hands-on experience working with Engineering teams to clearly scope, define, detail, and prioritize product requirements.

  • Experience in working with and coordinating large-scale projects across teams.

  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and influence various teams at the global and local level.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $121,400.00 - $206,400.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
