The Role and the Team:

The Product team at hireEZ owns the roadmap to build the future of outbound recruiting. In this role, you will define and execute a product vision with insights from users, market trends, competitors, and data to deliver an exceptional experience. You will lead in setting product priorities and follow through with the product development lifecycle. Collectively with engineers, designers, marketers, and more, you will empower recruiters to find their ideal candidates more efficiently and effectively in this ever-changing job market.

This role will be based in either our Mountain View, CA, office or our Dallas, TX, office. Interested candidates should reside in one of those areas as they will work on-site at one of those locations.

Sr. Product Manager Responsibilities:

Strategic Product Leadership:

  • Lead the development and execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.

  • Define product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to ensure successful product delivery.

  • Operate with a strong sense of self-direction

Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and post-launch evaluation.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of market and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Make data-driven decisions and prioritize features and enhancements based on impact and strategic objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, communicating product updates, timelines, and milestones effectively.

  • Champion the product internally and externally, advocating for resources and support as needed.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

  • Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in product management and inspiring the team to deliver high-quality products.

Customer Focus:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points through direct interaction, market research, and data analysis.

  • Advocate for the customer throughout the product development process, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products through their lifecycle.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business

The salary ranges from $140,000 to $158,000 plus possible equity for this position. Considering parity with current team members, current market statistics, and applicable experience, knowledge, and skills presented during the interview will determine where successful candidate's salary will fall within that range.
