As a Senior Product Manager at Stryker, you'll create world-class marketing campaigns and programs designed to increase our market share of key hemorrhagic products, products that reverse stroke symptoms, improve health outcomes and ultimately save lives.
Partnering closely with our sales organization and global marketing teams, you'll develop regional marketing plans and programs for product launches and execute marketing activities within North America. Responsibilities include building yearly plans and strategies, defining goals, implementing ideas and leading projects and teams to success. Life is fast at Stryker -- you'll be working in a demanding environment, so we'll count on your ability to prioritize projects and deliver multiple, simultaneous deliverables. While mastery is crucial for this role, ongoing education is encouraged and you're expected to take the initiative to learn new processes when current ones can be improved. What You Need:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
5-8 years of successful related business experience, 3+ years of Neurovascular sales experience preferred
Experience creating branding materials, messaging, marketing communication, product launch, etc. preferred
Knowledge of US and Canadian healthcare markets preferred
Neurovascular product & therapy expertise preferred
