Amazon is investing in the growing business of online Gift Registries, and we are looking for an experienced product manager to help define the future of our product. This role will own the end-to-end creation of both new Wedding Registry features as well as to-be-developed new gifting experiences. This role includes management of the existing software application features, defining and launching new features, UX and onsite experience, and owning strategic initiatives such as international expansion of the program. In this highly visible role, you will work heavily with our dedicated tech team to ensure both the needs of our customer and the business are met, and will have exposure to all aspects of the business in a startup environment. You will have a high amount of analytical horsepower, excellent business judgment, deep curiosity to uncover how things work, and a passion for creating a world class shopping experience for our customers.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Set strategy for driving growth focused on the key business inputs: registry creation, registry building, and gifter conversion

  • Define and drive delivery of the technical product roadmap by working closely with the dedicated technology team

  • Manage resources and prioritization with cross-functional teams to make decisions about complex problems

  • Able to confidently present to Amazon senior management as well as other large audiences

  • The ability to work at all levels in the organization and across disciplines, with no job being considered too large or too small

This exciting role entails working with business team/Sellers from different regions to capture Seller requirements and pain points through seller anecdotes and dive deep, partner with global product teams to improve end to end global selling Seller experience. A successful program manager must be able to work independently, possess excellent program development and management skills, strong in diving deep, have a strong backbone and be able to influence internal stakeholders by representing global Seller interests.
