The Container Services organization is responsible for building and operating some of the core services that help customers run containerized applications on AWS, including Amazon ECS, AWS Fargate, Amazon EKS, Amazon ECR, and AWS App Mesh. We have an ambitious roadmap that seeks to redefine how our customers build their applications and run them at scale.

This opening is for a senior product management role that will drive the next generation of services that help customers run modern containerized applications, while helping customers modernize their existing applications using well established AWS services.

8+ years of Product Management experience in software development
BS in Computer Science or a related engineering field
Demonstrated technical expertise in cloud technologies spanning compute, storage, and networking
Experience delivering products for application developers in fast paced environment
Ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to a wide range of audiences
Strong leader who can prioritize, and drive focus and excellence within a strong, talented, opinionated team
Have a strong track record of achieving the balance between innovation and strong customer and quality focus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
MBA
Experience with developers, containers, or Platforms as a Service
Track record of turning ambiguous ideas into products and delivering novel cloud services
