We're looking for an experienced leader to join our Product Management team to help lead our Platform in PrizeLogic's Core Infrastructure team - we are PrizeLogic's division dedicated to building out industry leading cloud-native infrastructure and backend developer experience. Our vision is to provide the foundations for a reliable and secure developer platform that allows Prizelogic's delivery team and clients build out best in class marketing programs


  • Drive strategy and roadmap for data/analytics tools and systems.

  • Working hands-on with engineers, engineering managers and architects as part of a cross-functional product team, guiding product development and identifying clear product goals

  • Shipping new features and improving existing ones

  • Working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced and autonomous team environment

  • Talking with our customers, and potential customers, to understand their needs, gather feedback and requirements, and collaborate with them to build and validate solutions

  • Defining metrics and analyzing data on usage and business performance

  • Defining and then communicating the product roadmap, both inside Prizelogic and to customers and prospects


  • You have 5+ years of industry experience / 3+ years of experience in product management in the data platform space.

  • You have experience working with engineering teams to design and build products in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are skilled analytically and have a strong understanding of SQL.

  • You are familiar with big data technologies and the data vendor ecosystem (databases, streaming, machine learning)


  • Experience building a product roadmap and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable impact.

  • Analytical experience, specifically in BI tools to drill down on insights

  • Analyze, quantify and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features.

  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills to senior leaders and project partners.

  • Deep attention to detail; desire to collaborate on new processes for efficiency.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver core responsibilities against deadlines.

  • Ability to quickly build consensus.

Job Description/Responsibilities The Real Time Solutions business represents one of the key strategic areas of focus for the CTS business unit, capitalizing on FactSet's collection and dissemination of global real-time exchange content and our complimentary historical time and sales data capabilities. The Real Time Solutions team takes a holistic approach that includes managing the existing business while accelerating ASV growth and driving product innovation. This role will be responsible for managing the tick history solution, both in terms of launching new capabilities as well as supporting the existing offerings. The role will interact directly with FactSet clients and prospects; acting as tick history SME supporting the sales team; and obtaining market feedback into product requirements. Internally within FactSet, the role will work closely with engineering, content specialists, sales and marketing teams to execute on the product roadmap and go-to-market objectives. The ideal candidate will combine in-depth knowledge of the tick data domain with solid technical acumen. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Set development priorities and evolving the product roadmap for tick history * Create requirement specifications for engineering teams and manage product backlog * Identify and drive process improvements in the onboarding process from pre-sales to post-sales, including coverage checks, client trials, provisioning and support handoffs * Where appropriate, define and execute on proof-of-concepts to validate new product ideas * Liaise with Sales and Marketing teams on go-to-market strategies * Create internal and external facing product collaterals, training materials, product specifications and user guides * Serve as escalation point for client support teams on complex issues Requirements * 5-10+ years of direct experience with historical tick data and exchange feeds in a product management or product specialist role * Deep understanding of enterprise customers' tick history, analytics and workflow needs * Knowledge of SQL required.
