Purpose:

In this highly visible role, you will be the product owner, working with your peers and management to influence, guide and grow Xerox's exciting solutions in 3D Printing.

The Product Manager will manage the different stages of the product lifecycle - leveraging customer data and voice-of-customer to enhance our solutions.

The Product Manager oversees the product vision, product strategy, product design, product development, and product marketing. Similarly, the Product Manager must display strong influence in prioritizing customer demands and possess technical knowledge to liaise with the customer and the technical teams

Scope and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that key roles are executed in the most efficient way possible, leading to the overall efficiency of the product and meeting of customer demands

  • Leads the transformation of product ideas from their most formidable stages into actionable concepts, timelines, and projects while maintaining consideration of the financial implications, marketing needs, and the overall objectives of the business

  • Sets strategic direction to align with business objectives and project goals

  • Drives product prioritization and detailed product definition

  • Defines and maintains a product roadmap with inputs from all stakeholders

  • Creates and manages a process that drives toward a scalable product

  • Responsible for the performance of various product analyses such as gap analysis in order to establish product differentiation and execution strategies that will lead to the product's ultimate success

  • Conducts analysis that leads to informed decision making on issues such as cost, utility, and timelines for product implementations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years in a leadership Product Management position in a complex business setting.

  • Proven track-record of taking ownership and driving results

  • Rich blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision with attention to detail to drive successful products and lead the business and product to the achievement of its financial goals.

  • Experience resolving daily internal and external problems and challenges in product management positions that affect a product's financial and market success

  • MBA preferred or relevant education and degree

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

OPC-UA) and wireless sensors and communications protocols (BLE, LoRaWAN, ZigBee, 4G/5G).
