Our global team partners with business leaders across the org to generate data-driven insights, focusing on customer experience drivers that spin the Amazon Flywheel: Selection, Price and Delivery Experience. In this role, you will own our continuous analytics capability supporting our Consumer business.
The person in role will innovate, build new methodologies to generate insights and make recommendations to drive actions that directly impact Amazon customers. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and have the ability to work collaboratively to influence business leaders at all levels, including senior management. This role will involve delivering projects in a complex and ambiguous environment and collaborating with peers and stakeholders globally.
Plan and execute end-to-end analyses including: scoping, designing methodology, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting key findings and recommendations to business stakeholders
Own and prioritize our project roadmap with key stakeholders
Develop new methodologies and scalable processes to generate insights on a continuous basis
Work cross-functionally with peers globally to support training, best practices, and shared opportunities
