We are seeking a Sr. Procurement Buyer in our Broomfield, CO Location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and drive procurement of material and services in support of business requirements

• Procurement activities including RFQ processes, supplier selection, purchase order placement, monitoring deliveries and services along with monitoring supplier performance

• In this role, one of the primary responsibilities will be to support Procurement strategy through aligning data, analytics, data visualization and reporting.

• Manage supplier communication

• Work with Technical and Functional teams on requirements, need dates and to support projects and business goals and milestones

• Ensure that the suppliers acknowledge purchase orders, confirm delivery accurately within quoted lead-times and coordinate past due delivery with supplier

• Work with suppliers and Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment under agreed terms.

• Lead deployment and implementation of new procurement initiatives and systemic continuous improvements.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing

WE VALUE:

• Experienced procurement of technical goods and services

• Experience with deployment of MRP in SAP systems

• Planning, negotiations, and agreements/contract management experience

• Good technical knowledge of Procurement/Sourcing

• Working knowledge of data quality, cleansing and validation

• Strong communication skills and a team player

• High bias for action with creative problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel, Power Point and Smartsheet

• Desire to work in a fast pace, engaging and rewarding environment

• Excellent written and communication skills with ability to interface with all levels of leadership

• Detail and action oriented, ability to delineate information into manageable components
