Sr. Process Engineer

The Senior Process Engineer analyzes existing processes and identifies areas for improvement. Solves manufacturing problems: They address performance issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and sustain improvements.

Plans workforce utilization and workspace layouts: Ensuring maximum efficiency in production. Coaches and mentors:

The engineer supports interns, new hires, and less experienced colleagues. Estimates production times and costs: Providing essential information for management decisions.

Identifies process improvement opportunities: Proactively enhancing processes across the organization. Participates in Six Sigma initiatives:

Supporting continuous improvement efforts. Leads Total Lean events: Focusing on productivity enhancement and waste reduction.

Collaborates with management: Identifying and leading continuous improvement projects using lean and Six Sigma principles. Promotes a culture of waste elimination:

Applying Lean Manufacturing concepts and Kaizen principles. Willingness to travel and work extended hours: To achieve objectives.

Qualifications: Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Experience: At least 5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a focus on lean engineering and reduced inventory systems. Hands-on experience:

Ideal candidates have shop floor experience. Skills: Familiarity with project management, automation integration, and process development. Technology proficiency: Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
