Trissential is currently seeking a Sr. Process Automation Developer to join our client team in Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid).
Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Process Automation Developer III utilizes their expertise in multiple process automation technology domains to lead the design and development of highly complex and technical solutions across the enterprise. They ensure automations are supported and maintained in all areas and drive technical improvements to deployed solutions. They provide technical leadership and coordination cross-organizationally to ensure successful functional results and healthy system operations. As a key customer and stakeholder contact, they ensure business needs and corresponding value and risk are well represented. This role will be specifically focused on Power Platform development, i.e., Microsoft Power Platform.
Responsibilities:
40% Automation Development: Develops highly complex automations leveraging multiple automation technologies.
20% Business Process Analysis: Collaborates to evaluate and design automation solutions.
10% Automation Support & Maintenance: Maintains existing automations and implements incremental improvements.
10% Technical Expertise: Stays current with existing and emerging automation technologies.
20% Coaching & Leadership: Trains and coaches less experienced developers and performs detailed, end-to-end reviews of the work of others.
Work closely with the leaders Power Platform Dev team.
Daily activities would include checking in with the manager about the plan of the day.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science, Business or related field, or 4 years of experience equivalent to the position.
Power Platform development, i.e., Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience with SharePoint administration.
Good experience with object-oriented programming.
Strong knowledge of core aspects of process automation platforms and/or relevant programming languages (RPA, BPM, LCAP, SQL, ETL, API, .NET, C#, etc.).
Effective communication skills with varying organizational levels and skill sets.
Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships.
Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and troubleshoot issues.
Candidates must meet at least one of the following requirements:
5 years of related functional experience; OR,
4 years of related functional experience AND 1 highly relevant technical certification (e.g., Blue Prism Accredited Developer, Power Platform PL-400 Developer Associate, etc.); OR,
3 years of related functional experience AND 1 highly relevant technical certification AND 10 or more automations developed using relevant process automation platforms.

Must Have:
Specific experience with the Microsoft [power] platform is required.
SharePoint administration in addition to Object oriented programming experience.
Experience with programming in c-sharp, DBA, Java etc.

Trissential offers a competitive hourly rate for the Sr. Process Automation Developer of $65 per hour on a full time (40 hours per week) basis. Full time employees are eligible for a full package of benefits including company sponsored health care, accrued paid time away from work, and 401k with matching.
