Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems is seeking a highly qualified, mission oriented Senior Principal Test Conductor located in Redondo Beach with responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

Responsible to ensure engineering tests serve mission objectives are in place to execute the tests. Responsible for testing all customer software builds.

Oversees the operational aspects of engineering tests and serves as liaison to program, engineering and line management. Reviews status of test requirements, manages schedules and prepares reports. Selects and supervises technicians during test. Assesses anomalies and develops resolutions to documented procedures in conjunction with Test Electrical Engineering.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's of Science in a (STEM) Science, Technology, Engineering or Math discipline plus 9 years of experience as a Test Conductor or an Engineer OR Master's of Science in a (STEM) Science, Technology, Engineering or Math discipline plus 7 years of experience as a Test Conductor or Engineer.

  • Experience working on creating test procedures

  • Experience performing Electrical Testing

  • Candidate must have and be able to maintain an active U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level with a background investigation date within 10 years

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8 Years of experience as a Test Conductor

  • Active Top Secret Clearance or SCI

Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems (NGAS) has an opening for a Sr. Principal Property/Asset Analyst located in Redondo Beach, CA. NGAS is looking for a strong leader at the Space System's site to manage and analyze activities associated with the asset business systems to ensure company, customer, and US Government property located on-site and at subcontractors are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence. This Lead will manage the property for the Non-Restricted Space Systems contracts as well as Space System's capital assets. Detailed responsibilities include (but are not limited to) assisting Space System's site manager with: * Interfacing with Customers, Auditors, and other internal stakeholders for property management matters relating to Government/Customer Property and Capital * Managing Property reporting (LDDTs, Annual Physical Inventory Reports, Property Financials) for all internal and external Customers * Continuously performing data analysis to identify property business system risks and opportunities for improvement * Providing training to site Property Focal Points, Lab managers, Subcontract Administrators, Program Managers. * Conducting Contractor Self-Assessments (CSAs) and Subcontractor Control Audits * Analyzing and interpreting DCMA's SOPs Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 10 years of experience in asset management matters related to Government Property and Company owned Assets or 14 years in lieu of a degree * Knowledge of contractual requirements related to Government Property Management including FAR Part 45, 52.245-1, and DFARS property management clauses * Proficient with Microsoft Office to include PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel formulas, charts, and pivot tables Preferred Qualifications: * Certified Professional Property Manager (CPPM) certification * Strong leadership experience with proven ability to train and motivate team members towards operational excellence * Experience supporting and/or performing compliance audits including Property Management System Audits (PMSA) * Familiarity with DCMAs SOP * Proficient with SAP, AssetSmart Northrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
