What you'll achieve

In this role you will help drive the vision, strategy, leadership and overall success for the next generation of Dell Technologies Cloud and Managed Services. We strongly believe that the Product Manager is the GM and proxy P&L owner philosophy for their portfolio of products. The Product Manager is the voice of the customer and will be responsible for product strategy and management of a Cloud Services offer from creation, launch, to end-of-life.

You will:

  • Serve as the primary Product Manager for for Dell Technologies' Next Generation Cloud Services (NGCS) platform, which will provide key capabilities required for the transformation of the Dell Managed Services business.

  • Collaborate with other Product Managers, Managed Services Leaders and Engineering/ R&D leaders to align Managed Services business and product strategies with NGCS roadmap.

  • Ensure the NGCS platform provides needed capabilities to support Dell Technologies Managed Services business strategy and priorities, including Cloud and Dell's Project APEX.

  • Work across all functional areas, gathering inputs, updating product plans and roadmaps, and communicating the impact of product/ solution decisions to all stakeholders

  • Prioritize features and specifications, applying budget, timeline and other constraints.

  • Review product/ solution evaluation metrics from multiple sources and ensures they are incorporated in future versions.

  • Oversee and drive products/ solutions through the phase release or solutions release process including business case and resource requirements

  • Have experience in interacting with customers in the IT industry. Examples: Hyper-scalers, Enterprise IT, Co-Location companies, MSPs, etc.

  • Possess a track record of having successfully delivered on complex projects and possess global experience.

Essential Requirements

  • 15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 12+ years and a Master's degree. 7+ years' Technology Industry experience in Product Management, Managed Services or relevant role.

  • Deep prior experience with ServiceNow and / or other major ITSM / ITOM platforms.

  • Prior experience with industry standard solutions IT service delivery and management including provisioning, patching, monitoring and analytics, security and compliance.

  • Experience with Cloud Managed Services, including AWS, Azure and Google desirable.

  • Premier communicator with exemplary writing skills and an innate ability to make very complex concepts and offerings simple and intuitive.

Desirable Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.

  • Experience defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional specifications, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule and deploy new feature sets.
