What We Want

A hands-on product leader with the ability to gather industry and technology trends to identify product gaps, net new and next generation of products and services that expand Xome's marketability, revenue potential and value proposition to real estate buyers and sellers.

You will be a strategic partner to the business units and engineering teams relentlessly representing and advocating for Xome's customers while simultaneously listening and responding to all stakeholders across the company.

You will lead the direction and strategy for development of Xome's data & analytics products partnering with the business units and engineering teams and representing and advocating as the voice of Xome's customers. In alignment with the functional business unit's strategic objectives, you will craft a rich product portfolio, execute to a truly dynamic roadmap to support Xome's strategic vision, and inspire diverse and talented teams to think out of the box and to bring the best of breed data and analytic solutions that leverage both current and emerging technology.

About You

As a product leader, you have a passion for developing innovative product solutions to solve complex business problems and have in-depth working knowledge of Product Lifecycle methodologies You have the right mix of strategic and hands-on leadership skills You have an analytical mindset and have experience in analysis techniques such as requirements gathering and use case development using both traditional tools and visual techniques. You're a fantastic communicator and have worked with diverse geographic teams and succeeded in driving clarity, alignment, and collaboration to deliver product solutions You are customer obsessed and passionate about solving problems using latest technologies You're intuitive, and you know how to invent on behalf of the customer before they ask.

Your Charter

Product Strategy: Develop and maintain a product roadmap for data, analytics, and AI products, aligned with business goals and market trends.

Define product vision, strategy, and goals, and communicate them effectively to stakeholders. Serve as a strong advocate for a product-centric culture, our mission, and continued innovation and product excellence.

Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for data and analytics products. Understand user needs, market demands, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.

Cross Functional Communication: Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and other teams to drive product development. Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility.

Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact. Make data-driven decisions and trade-offs to optimize product outcomes.

Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch. Work with engineering teams to define user stories, create wireframes or prototypes, and oversee product development sprints.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of data and analytics products through rigorous testing and validation. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on feedback.

Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners. Keep stakeholders informed of product progress, solicit feedback, and address concerns proactively.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in data, analytics, and AI. Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements to drive innovation.

What You Have That We Want

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.

  • At least 7 years of proven experience in product management in taking products from concept to launch, with a focus on data, analytics, or AI products

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insight

  • Strong understanding of data technologies, including data warehousing, ETL processes, AI/ML, data modeling, and analytics tools

  • Experience working in Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines
