Role Overview:

  • Provide thought leadership and business & solution architectural expertise to cross-functional customers, Blue Yonder and partner teams charged with deploying a host of customer-related applications

  • This is position that requires a combination of SME in domain, technical solution architecture implementations, project management, strong people leadership, strategic thinking, communication, tactical execution and the ability to manage and drive best practice.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, succinctly articulate business impacts, translate technical information into layperson and business terms, concisely 'storyboard' complex problems, solutions, and approaches in a manner appropriate for executives, develop frameworks, templates, and high-quality pragmatic deliverables that can be carried forth and executed by project teams, and articulate and demonstrate gaps in our products based on real world customer use cases.


  • End to end Solution Architecture; will be a part of the sales cycle and continue efforts in successful customer journey through the implementation

  • Lead technical discussions with Blue Yonder and customer teams

  • Be a Trusted advisor to C-level executives to accelerate digital transformation by leveraging Blue Yonder products

  • Manage strategic Blue Yonder implementation projects including planning, prioritization, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

  • Travel to client sites when needed


  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 15 years progressive experience with in-depth understanding of and experience working within the key industry vertical and Supply Chain Management (SCM) industry solution architecture and extremely knowledgeable in Business, Industry, and IT Strategy and Architecture

  • Partner or senior level engagement manager at a large systems integrator, IT Consulting firm or competitive organization where he/she has run a large solutions/services business; most likely at a level where they have managed the strategy and business development efforts

  • She or he can play a project manager role with excellent tracking and reporting skills

  • In-depth understanding of current cloud technologies and products, and has a strong sense for market trends and emerging technologies and tools within and outside Supply Chain solutions

  • Professional leadership of global customer engagements, including an understanding of customers unique business needs and objectives and budget situation (Total cost of operation)

  • Has built transformation enterprise architecture in Enterprise Organizations to align with their business strategy and goals driving growth and cost reduction.

Preferred skills:

  • Solution Architecture for Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and technologies including databases, analytical solutions, IoT, and its applications- 4-5 years

  • Intrapreneurship & new solution introduction

  • Presales skills such as discovery sessions, requirement gathering, solution architecture, presentation to the C-suite, solution demonstrations on industry scenarios; 10+ years

  • Design Thinking methodology for product innovation and design led digital transformation.
