Role:

• Strategic planning specialist in the Powertrain division who will own and drive comprehensive planning alignment/optimization around optimal resource deployment across key aspects of Powertrain operation

• Drive R&D capex spend optimization analyses and studies to support Powertrain division operational efficiency OKR achievement

• Design/build relevant KPI tracking dashboards & support Powertrain OKR achievement

• Projects will largely center around, but are not limited to, human capital resource planning/alignment/optimization, and R&D capital projects planning/alignment/optimization

• Develop and manage powertrain division resource tracking and forecasting tools

• Design & develop resource forecast models that connect forecasting needs to product program timing/load/objectives

• Define and validate resource modeling archetypes for simplifying/optimizing business case modeling

• Support resource roles and responsibilities (R&R) alignment & optimization efforts

• Drive resource optimization analyses to support Powertrain division operational efficiency OKR achievement

• Develop and manage 24 month plan of record (PoR) R&D office, lab, and equipment needs to support facility/construction expansion planning

• Work closely and cross-functionally with powertrain data team, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance partners.

• Work, collaborate, and coordinate very closely with all powertrain engineering units including battery, drive unit, power electronics, thermals and relevant hardware and software engineering.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience with a Bachelor degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD and 3 years experience.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$146,100-$214,280 USD
