Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Sr Planner/Estimator/Scheduler provides primary oversight of Maintenance and Operations work schedules, backlogs, and Preventive Maintenance work. Additionally, this position is responsible for overseeing the Fee-for-Service process, ensuring it is followed and coordinated appropriately for timely chargeback of completed work.

This position is also to develop and update a maintenance task cost library for estimating. This position is expected to coordinate efforts with those of Maintenance and Operations Managers, Supervisors, Facility Project Supervisors and the Technology System Specialist to ensure work is scheduled, executed and tracked appropriately in the Computer Maintenance Management Systems (TMA).

Collect and analyze usage data.</p><ul> <li>Review MRP Exception reports on a daily basis to identify potential material shortages.</li> <li>Create job orders and purchase requisitions and reschedules, as required, using company’s ERP system.</li> <li>Work with Purchasing, Transportation and Receiving groups to monitor on-time delivery and prompt processing of</li> </ul><p>raw material receipts.</p><ul> <li>Provide inventory related reports to Management Team or other groups as needed.</li> <li>Coordinate the assembly workflow for Returned Material Authorizations (RMA).</li> <li>Manage and monitor Supplier Notification such as Part EOL, Obsolete</li> <li>Responsible for cut-in dates from Engineering Change Notifications (ECN’s), and End of Life (EOL) activity</li> <li>Monitor and Responsible for vendor RMA.</li> <li>Responsible to US site inventory level, safety stock, RMA. <br><br><br> </li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><br></p><ul> <li>Two-year degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.</li> <li>One to three years of production planning experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
