Job Summary:
This role is tasked with ensuring that the Enterprise Architecture function is performing effectively through the establishment of a long term strategy, plan, routines, and ongoing objective measurement of performance. Additionally to apply their skills to complex, multidiscplinary technical problems within Enterprise Technology in order to develop strategies and technical roadmaps that address those complex problems.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the VP, Architecture & Standards & Director, Enterprise Architecture to establish the vision, goals, OKRs, and 5 year roadmap for the Architecture & Standards function that clearly tells the story of the value we deliver, the culture we will embody, and the impacts we will make on Enterprise Technology
Lead the development of strategy & technical roadmaps for key initiatives that Architecture & Standards are engaged with
Ensure all roadmaps are kept current, published, and shared as appropriate
Develop & maintain business intelligence dashboards to measure & report on the performance of the Architecture & Standards function
Establish & maintain routines and cadences to drive functional excellence and achieve the 5 year plan

The hiring range for this remote position is $156,700.00 to $210,100.00 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
