The Sr PeopleSoft FSCM Systems Analyst serves as liaisons between business partners and the IT organization and provides strategic business analysis services to the business units. Works closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates. Collects, analyzes, develops documents, communicates business requirements, and supports user testing & training to achieve business goals. Responsible for reviewing the customer's end to end business processes to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks as well as opportunities for improvements. Take a broad perspective to determine how recommended solutions will impact existing work processes and systems and how to manage the integration of new systems. The primary purpose of this position is to support the Institution's Enterprise Financial, Supply Chain, Grants applications and their related 3rd party applications. This support includes but not limited to business process analysis, development, implementations, upgrades, systems integrations, production support, projects support on-call support, testing, and training.

Analyze customer operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for systems and/or process improvements.

Conduct feasibility/case studies and draft proposals for evaluation by appropriate business and IT leadership.

Assist in creation of test plans & test cases that are mapped to documented requirements, ensures test strategies involve appropriate integration and process components, and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing process to ensure that business results are adequately tested.

Create training and system documentation, conduct training sessions as necessary.

Develop knowledge of system capabilities and functions of the Enterprise PeopleSoft FSCM & 3rd party applications and collaborate with IT teams to determine if appropriate internal or external solutions currently exist, or whether new solutions are required and feasible.

Participate as needed in IT design reviews across Enterprise applications to ensure compatibility and interoperability of computing systems.

Comply with PMO governance policies and procedures when providing project management support on project initiatives.

Investigate, develop recommendations for resolution, escalate appropriately, and keep customers informed timely of problems, issues, and resolutions.

Provide advice, guidance, encouragement and constructive feedback to more junior team members.

Provide production and non-production support of the Enterprise Finance/Supply Chain/Grants applications which include the PeopleSoft FSCM application and it's integrations with 3rd party applications. This support includes but not limited to process & systems design, fit gap facilitation, configuration & development, implementation & upgrade, testing, training, documentation, security administration, audit support, process improvement, project management, change management and business relationship management.

Stay abreast on business and technology trends to understand impact on our EBS current service line portfolio. Provide consulting and system support to our business partners by conveying industry trends, enterprise technology strategy and define technical solutions which meet the needs of the business.

Compliance with all IT and institutional policies, process and procedures (i.e. - audit, change control, security & controls, risk & compliance, EBS FSCM ticketing, coding/development/documentation standards, etc.).

Provide effective Oncall support, EBS FSCM ticketing support and projects support.

Ensure timely and quality delivery of production ticket support and project deliverables (i.e. - incident/SR tickets, FTD, data mapping, configuration request form, BATMN, SOP, security form, testing & training documents, project plan, code development, system configuration mgt, etc.).

Contribute to the knowledge transfer and information sharing efforts with the team.

Provide effective facilitation of meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure that IT solutions & proposed system features meet business objectives and initiatives by monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing effective communication plans.

Five years experience in Epic software, domain, analysis, design, project management, or programming. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.

Demonstrated experience in leading one or more Oracle implementation/upgrade/systems integration projects in recent versions (i.e.
