ClientNorth American Wholesale business, is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Technical Consultant to a part of the Colorado Team which directly manages the PeopleSoft HCMS and FSCM plants and the broad business functions they support. The team has recently transitioned to an Agile development methodology and the successful candidate will act as a solution expert leveraging vast experience to participate in sprint work and teach the team how to analyse problems, determine root causes, structure development and testing activities and maintain our work management tool VSTS.
Job Overview/Purpose: -Design, develop & support functionality built on PeopleSoft HR & Financials related applications/technologies-Identify and develop improvements to current business processes and utilize the functionalities within PeopleSoft HR, GL, AP, AM application to achieve these goals.-Work with the business clients to identify their requirements, suggest solutions and coach the team on development approach and testing alternatives during the development process and writing complete documentation and development notes in VSTS.-Using a strong knowledge of security functions within PeopleSoft GL, AP, AM & HR products assist junior team members with various security reviews and amendments in relation to development.-developing reports using SQR, Crystal reports and conversion to BI publisher.-Leverage agile development experience to support the teams agile evolution process by emulating proper participation in Scrums, Stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies.-Employ strong communication skills (written and verbal) to comfortably and effectively interact with all audiences and prompt discussions during Scrum and other meetings-Improve the velocity and overall performance of the team by demonstrating self-management, sprint focus and managing priorities.Context of Job:-Wholesale Finance and Reporting IT Systems group supports enterprise wide systems (like Peoplesoft Financials, HR, Legal, eReports, Coupa)-Supports the TOMs for the enterprise applications-Develops and implement business requirements using Peoplesoft tools and Oracle databases-Supports the Corporate Security, Audit departments and compliance to meet their requirements.-Participates in Global projects and migrations such as Workday implementation and F2B2R.Job Requirements

Line Managers accountabilities should focus on risk, quality and people management)- Development and support of all the PeopleSoft Finance and HR related apps and products- Support the interfaces between various system components- Act as a liaison between ITI, Security, and Users where required- Any new projects that are in pipe-line or new projects that come in with business changes and TOMs.- Development of BI related reports for operational needs and regulatory reporting.- Support team in systems knowledge transfer and Documentation
