Target Range:

$66,560.00/Yr. - $80,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The Sr. Payroll Associate responsibilities include Managing, administering, and validating payroll processing, payroll system maintenance, and performs additional clerical duties related to payroll.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing payroll data, production records, and individual attendance records within the HRIS and payroll system and correcting errors to ensure the accuracy of payroll.

• Ensuring the balance of payroll runs and compliance with related requirements, including minimum wage, local tax rates, and related federal and state regulations.

• Ensuring the quality, integrity and timeliness of payroll reports, management reviews, and other analytical reports.

• Prepare and maintain payroll input templates

• Remain current with local, state, and federal tax and compensation regulations

Requirements

• 4+ years payroll experience

• Basic bookkeeping knowledge

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance

• Business management industry
