Rubrik is seeking a Sr. Payroll Specialist to manage the semi-monthly payroll. They will ensure the accuracy and integrity of the payroll processing and maintain proper internal controls. Provide support for employee inquiries and work in coordination with HR in addition to other administrative duties.

  • Develop strong working relationships with HR team and employees.

  • Manage third party vendors for accurate reporting and recordkeeping.

  • Ensure payroll processing tools are functioning as necessary to complete accurate payroll processing.

  • Develop processes and tools to scale with the company's accelerated growth.

Ideal background:

  • 3-5 years of related experience performing payroll related duties.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of integrity in handling sensitive and confidential matter and documentation.

  • Working knowledge of Workday payroll.

  • Detail oriented with a mindset of accuracy.

  • Proficient in Excel.
