Sr. Parts Technical Customer Service Rep provides support and training and acts as a problem-solving liaison for customers. Serves as an advisor regarding resolution of technical issues that directly affect customer satisfaction. Requires technical and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Primary point of contact for SET dealership parts department personnel.

  • Assist dealers with specifying correct parts and accessories information for vehicle applications.

  • Assist dealer personnel with Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) usage and applications.

  • Assist dealer personnel with the Toyota Accessory Sales Guide (ASG).

  • Utilize the Toyota Information System (TIS) to provide dealers with up to date Toyota PANT and SET Parts and Accessory Bulletin information as needed.

  • Provide dealer personnel with up to date back order information, accurate ETAs, and package tracking information as needed.

  • Assist JMFE Associates with parts orders, tracking and shipment information through the Associate Parts Purchase Program

  • Participate with team members on ongoing innovation efforts to improve efficiencies within the Parts Technical Services department that promote better service to SET dealerships.

Qualifications:

  • 2 Years of automotive parts department background with extensive general automobile knowledge.

  • Work history that demonstrates exceptional customer service skills

  • Must possess above average knowledge of automotive Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC).

  • Toyota or Lexus experience preferred

  • Must be detailed oriented with exceptional follow up skills

  • Must possess above average written and verbal communication skills to interface with SET dealership personnel.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

  • Must have excellent attendance record.

  • Basic warehousing and accounting knowledge helpful.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Fluency in Spanish as a second language helpful
