We are looking for an experienced self-directed results-oriented Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to focus on jointly developing full-funnel go-to-market plans with our strategic automotive OEM partners. In this role you will be writing and developing content for partner campaigns, creating and owning a communication strategy along with working with the OEMs to ensure Amazon Alexa messaging is integrated into their partner-led campaigns.
You will be a key contributor to our rapid growth by developing marketing programs that drive measurable partner impact on Alexa engagement and registration. You will be responsible for creating the campaign strategy for in-vehicle and OEM skill launches and driving execution from creation to completion. You will effectively project manage the campaign through multiple marketing channels, including website, online advertising, digital advertising, email, social media, etc. You will also need to build relationships with internal Amazon teams (Amazon Advertising, Devices, Prime, Amazon Music, Audible) to propose integrated Amazon programs to Alexa Auto Partners.
Partner with cross-functional teams (business development, product, solutions architect, partner managers) to bring a product to market
Create, implement and analyze channel plan, content and campaign effectiveness, modify strategy based on performance and clearly communicate results to stakeholders
Obsess about getting the right message in the right format, in the right channel at the right time
Innovate ways to deliver Amazon programs that provide value to OEMs and their customers
Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline marketing engagement and brand reviews with OEM partners
Define and drive KPIs to increase Alexa Auto awareness, registration and engagement through partner channels. Provide continuous and proactive proposals to exceed program goals.

6+ years of partner marketing, channel marketing, B2B marketing, the automotive industry or retail
Experience in developing strategy and managing go-to-market plans or marketing programs
Experience defining project scope and managing to a timeline and/or budget
Experience pitching, building and executing project plans
Experience defining, owning and measuring the impact of marketing programs, end to end that map to the overall strategy
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study preferred or equivalent work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Thinks creatively and meaningfully contributes to marketing strategies
Ability to easily transition from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
Possess an understanding of how to drive business and marketing through the sales and partner channels to grow business
Ability to analyze data, using results to inform plan development and report to the business
The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
